Chakra Theertham
History and legend
One of the sacred theerthams (holy waters) of Tirumala. Legend says the devotee Padmanabha worshipped Venkateswara here for 12 years and prayed for dharma to be restored. The Lord sent his Sudarshana Chakra to destroy evil, which gave the spot its name.

- Its waters are believed to flow into Swami Pushkarini, the temple tank, and a bath here is said to bring liberation (moksha).
- It is busiest in the Karthika month.
