Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use our website, book a bed, or stay at Nirvana Backpackers, 6-43/2, near Subbaya Gari Hotel, Padmavathi Puram, Korramenugunta, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh 517501 (“we”, “us”). By booking or checking in, you agree to them. Bookings made through Booking.com or other platforms also follow that platform's terms and cancellation policy.

• Prices are per bed per night in Indian Rupees and are shown before you book. Group and festival-date prices may apply.
• Online bookings are held for a short time until the deposit shown at booking is paid by UPI. If it isn't paid in time, the hold ends and the beds are released.
• Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit. The balance is paid at check-in.
• Extras such as laundry or food are paid at the desk.
• Rooms and beds are assigned by us. We may move you to another bed of the same dorm type if needed.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in: you get a full refund of what you paid.
• Within 24 hours of check-in, or if you don't arrive: the deposit is not refunded.
• Leaving earlier than booked: nights not stayed are not refunded unless we agree otherwise.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7 working days.
• If we have to cancel your booking, you get a full refund.
• To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email with your booking reference.

• Check-in is from 11:00 AM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may cost extra.
• Every guest must show a valid original government photo ID at check-in, matching the one uploaded. Foreign nationals must show their passport and valid visa.
• We may refuse check-in, without a refund, if valid ID isn't provided.
• Dorms are for guests aged 18 and over.

• No alcohol, smoking or drugs anywhere on the property.
• No outside visitors in the dorms.
• Respect quiet hours and other guests; dorms are shared spaces.
• Use only your own bed and locker, and keep shared spaces clean.
• Treat our crew and other guests with respect. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.

If these rules are broken, we may ask you to leave without a refund and, where needed, inform the police.

• Please use the locker provided and lock it. We are not responsible for loss or theft of belongings left unattended or outside lockers.
• You are responsible for any damage you cause to the property and may be charged for repairs or replacement.
• Items left behind are kept for a limited time; contact us to collect them.

Trip ideas, destinations and rental partners on our website are suggestions to help you plan. Services from third parties (such as bike and car rentals) are provided by them, on their terms; we are not responsible for them. Temple timings, darshan bookings and travel conditions can change, so please check official sources.

We do our best to give you a safe, comfortable stay. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for events outside our control (such as power or water cuts, natural events or government orders). Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Please give true and complete details when booking or checking in. Don't misuse the website or try to access parts of it you aren't meant to. Text and photos on this website belong to Nirvana Backpackers unless stated otherwise. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
